A Love Story

On occasion you might hear us use words that don't make it into the corporate dictionary. Words like: love and courage, failure and compassion, grief, spirit, loneliness and joy.

We use words like these because they help us and our clients define and make sense of what we do and the depth of learning that takes place.

Without words like love and compassion describing what we do wouldn't make sense. And without any sense there is no story. And without a story there is no learning.

At its heart Equest is about being ourselves. The power of authentic relationship with ourselves and others. Without that relationship there can be no effective leadership.
